ford tried to sell the ikon duratorq. by showing the loolypop of Fiesta but actually the thing is not like that. lack of securties features no provision for ABS,EBS ETC. No body color handles,side mirriors, no remote button for boot space opener.

    The day ford launched the car,Chandigarh's Ford showrooms put only 1 fordTDCI on display(not for test drive)&they had begun booking with delivery period of 15 days.Since the the car was placed in the showroom,(glossy)on starting the engine the noise/vibration seemed bit more compared to fiesta i'd started parked outside.Today after about 15 days the first consignment arrived & i took the test drive. Believe me it vroooooms & vibations were insignificant. Ive booked it thereafter only.
